Room Rentals

Bookings: Contact Wanda Lavergne, Branch 72 Manager at 613-732-4815 for room rental rates and availability.  Down payments are required in order to ensure a room reservation.

hall_photos_4The Main Hall – The Main Hall is located on the south end of the building.  The outside entrance on the southwest side of the building has a ramp which makes it handicap accessible.  There are washrooms inside the Main Hall that are also handicap accessible.  The Main Hall holds a maximum 235 people.  A permanent stage is located on the east side in the Main Hall.

The Centennial Room – The Centennial Room is located on the lower level on the southeast end of the building.  It is accessed through a regular set of stairs located southeast inside the building.  It can hold approximately 45-50 people.

The MacGregor Lounge – The MacGregor Lounge is situated on the upper level on the northeast end of the building.  The main stairs inside on the northwest side are equipped with a chairlift.  The room is air conditioned and can hold approximately 45-50 people comfortably.

The Normandy Room – The Normandy Room is a convenient meeting room that can hold 10-12 people.  It is housed on the upper level on the northwest side and can also be accessed by taking the main stairs on the northwest side that are equipped with a chairlift.

The Boardroom – The Boardroom is located on the upper level on the northeast side of the building (southeast from the MacGregor Lounge).  It is a suitable meeting room that can accommodate approximately 20-25 people.  Entrance is gained by taking the main stairs on the northwest side, followed by another short set of steps located southeast.

All rooms are rented by the hour or by the day at various prices.  There are special rates for Legion members holding their own or immediate family related events such as:  birthdays, anniversaries, stag & does, weddings, receptions, funerals, etc.  (The immediate family of a Legion member is defined as: child(ren), mother, father, grandmother, grandfather.  Legion member prices cannot be passed to non-immediate family members or friends.)
